Summary of this Tutorial:

Posts are mainly for blog entries but are listed in reverse chronological order and are published with a time stamp and are syndicated in rss feeds.

They encourage conversation and have a commenting feature at the bottom.

Pages are for more static content and are mainly used for about us and contact us pages.

They are not date stamped, have no chronology and are not included in your RSS feed.

Pages are hierarchical meaning you can have sub pages of your page.

You can have as many posts or pages on your site as you like.
