Summary of this tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the Cimy User Manager plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/cimy-user-manager/
Once activated, go to Users, Cimy User Manager and scroll down to the export section.
the plugin will show the upload path for where the CSV will be stored.
By default the plugin will use commas to separate fields and quotes as text delimiters but you can leave them as they are.
Next select how you want to sort rows in your export file, the default is registration date.
If you will be using the file in Excel then there is a box you can check to allow that.
You will be able to export the file and save it as a CSV file on your server after which you will see a success message.
To import you will need to install the Cimy User Manager plugin on the new site and then visit Users, Cimy User Manager.
First you need to click on the Choose file button and select the CSV file you want to import.
You will want to ensure the box next to Create Users this will allow the plugin to create the new users with the CSV.
Click the import button and you will be upload the CSV file as well as the users in the file.
