Summary of this tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the Menu Shortcode plugin under Plugins, Add New.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-shortcode/
To use the plugin you would first want to go under Appearance, Menus to create a menu to place in your posts and pages named however you like.
With the menu created you can go to the post or page you want the menu to appear on.
Add the shortcode to the editor on the page and update your changes.
Your menu should now be listed on the page it was added to where you can add any CSS to change it you like.
