Once you purchase and install the plugin, you would want to go under Instagram Feed, Licence to add your license key to the plugin so it is active. Then, in the plugin’s settings, you can choose to connect a business or personal account. If you were unsure how to upgrade to a business account, you would want to take a look at the article below:

The plugin has many different choices for what to show when using a business account on the page from your user account, a public hashtag, tagged posts, or a mix of those options.
If adding to a page you can add an Instagram Feed block for showing the content on a specific page, for widgets there is a dedicated widget, or the plugin even offers shortcodes should you have a custom location for your site. If you would prefer to change the way the feed is displayed then under Instagram Feed, Settings, Customize and the plugin has different built-in display methods to choose from.
